I am Carlo Molinaro, the chef and owner of La Trattoria Restaurant. I was born in Verona, Italy and learned my trade at the Italian Culinary School of Milan over 30 years ago.
After working in some of the most famous hotels and restaurant in Milano, I decided to learn German, French and English to add to my curriculum. So I perfected my craft in Germany, Switzerland and
Bermuda. My family and I settled in Houston and opened La Trattoria in 1983.
It is my sincere with that you enjoy your visit with me and my staff at La Trattoria. If there is anything you need, please let me know. (I am the short Italian man wearing the white apron!)
